TRDEFI Arc x402 Facilitator

An x402 facilitator for Arc (eip155:5042): it verifies and settles exact (EIP-3009) USDC payments on Arc. Non-custodial — it only broadcasts the authorization the payer already signed.

• POST /verify — verify a payment
• POST /settle — settle on-chain
• GET /supported — supported schemes and networks
• GET /health — health + facilitator address

Point any x402 resource server's facilitator URL at this origin. Arc's native token is USDC, so payments and gas are both USDC.
